Shi Ying is a mineral resource with very stable physical and chemical properties. Quartz is a short name for the plate produced by quartz plate manufacturers at present. It is called quartzite because its main component Shi Ying content is as high as 93 %.  It has five advantages

 1. Non - toxic and non - radioactive, quartz stone has a smooth surface, is flat and free of scratches, and has a dense and non-porous material structure that makes bacteria have no place to hide, can be in direct contact with food, and is safe and non - toxic.  The high-quality quartzite is made of selected natural Shi Ying crystalline minerals with SiO 2 content of more than 99.9 % and is purified by impurity removal in the manufacturing process. Daily cleaning can only be carried out by washing with clear water, which is simple and easy to implement.  Even after a long period of use, its surface is as bright as that of the newly-installed table top, without maintenance.

 3. The natural Shi Ying crystal is a typical refractory material, with a melting point of more than 1300 degrees. 94 % of quartzite made from natural Shi Ying is completely flame - retardant, will not burn due to exposure to high temperature, and also has a high temperature resistance characteristic that cannot be matched by artificial stones and other countertops.

 4. The quartz stone has a Shi Ying content as high as 94 % and the Shi Ying crystal is a natural mineral with a surface hardness as high as 7.5 Mohs hardness, which is much higher than knives and shovels used in kitchens and will not be scratched.

 5. Stain - free, quartz stone is a compact and non-porous composite material made under vacuum conditions. Its quartz watch has excellent corrosion resistance to acid and alkali in the kitchen. Liquid substances used in daily use cannot penetrate its interior. Liquid placed on the surface for a long time only needs to be wiped off with a cloth with clean water or clean and bright cleaners, and can be scraped off the surface with a blade if necessary.
