Precautions in the Use of Shi Ying Glass:

1. Glass products in Shi Ying are precious materials and must be handled with care.

 2. All kinds of Shi Ying glass have a maximum service temperature, which should not be exceeded when used, or it will crystallize or soften and deform.

 3. Shi Ying glass that needs to be used at high temperature must be wiped clean before use.  It can be soaked in 10 % hydrofluoric acid or lotion and then washed with high purity water or treated with alcohol.  When operating, wear thin gloves and do not allow hands to directly touch Shi Ying glass.

 4. Shi Ying glass products are allowed to be used continuously at high temperatures, which is good for prolonging the life of Shi Ying glass and improving its temperature resistance.  On the contrary, intermittent use of Shi Ying glass products at high temperatures has a limited number of uses.

 5. Although the Shi Ying glass material has extremely high thermal stability, it can withstand drastic temperature changes.  However, due to the difference in residual strain and product shape, the thermal stability is different in actual use, so attention should be paid to it.

 6. Shi Ying glass-based acidic materials strictly avoid contact with alkaline substances ( such as water glass, asbestos, potassium and sodium compounds, etc. ) when used at high temperature, otherwise their anti-crystallization performance will be greatly reduced.
